June is a month of deep reflection for our family and the root of our mission – honor the life of Capt John Sax.

As we reflect on the anniversary of John’s glory day, we find ourselves looking back, not only at what was lost, but at what continues to grow. What began as a way to honor John’s life has formed a mission shaped by the same purpose, service, mentorship, and passion for flight that he carried throughout his lifetime.

Each year, this time brings a mix of remembrance and resolve. It is a reminder of the impact John’s life has had, and how that impact continues through the people and opportunities supported in his name.

Throughout this month, we have been sharing stories that embody our mission. Stories of hope, perseverance, and individuals who we were able to lift up together, because John lived.
